ABOUT BEN BAILIE

As a Team Leader at H&M, I support the management and staff members in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales and promotions in store. I also assist with the daily store operations, such as supervising the shop floor, coaching and training the staff, and performing end-of-day banking and cash reconciliations.I have recently graduated with a First Class Honours degree in International Travel and Tourism Management from Ulster University, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in the tourism industry, such as destination marketing, sustainable tourism, and cultural awareness. I have also completed a Level 3 Diploma in Travel and Tourism, a Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality, and a Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Event Management from Belfast Metropolitan College, demonstrating my passion and commitment to the hospitality and tourism sector. I have previous experience in hospitality and aviation, where I worked as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Crowne Plaza Belfast and a Passenger Service Agent at Swissport. In these roles, I proved my ability to deliver outstanding customer service, effective communication, and time management, as well as to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I also helped to coordinate and work on special events, such as weddings, and to ensure the safety and satisfaction of the guests and passengers. I am an accomplished and driven professional, who is always eager to learn, grow, and excel in my career. I am a hardworking, empathetic, and adaptable team player, who values collaboration, diversity, and excellence.
