Experienced logistics and operations leader, currently serving as Director of Logistics and Transportation at the Fielmann Group. Born in Croatia and now based in Germany, I hold a Master’s in Economics from the University of Zagreb and an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.I began my career at METRO Cash & Carry, where I advanced to Store Manager by the age of 26, building a solid foundation in sales and operations. In 2021, I joined Wayfair in Germany, rising from Operations Manager to Senior Manager overseeing order fulfillment. Most recently, I led logistics operations as Logistics Director at Rathenower Optik before stepping into my current role at Fielmann Group.With a deep-rooted passion for leadership and people development, I focus on empowering teams to perform at their best and on driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
