ABOUT BENJAMIN ZESZUTEK

Benjamin Zeszutek is a Certified Public Accountant and finance professional with a strong track record in accounting leadership, financial forecasting, and systems implementation. Benjamin brings over a decade of progressive experience across diverse industries including real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.Currently serving as a Senior Accounting Manager at Greystar Real Estate Partners, he oversees the budgeting and forecasting of approximately $200 million in payroll expenses and has led the implementation of several software solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency. His prior roles include Accounting Manager at Four Corners Building Supply, where he developed key performance indicators and cash flow models, and various accounting positions where he managed financial operations, month-end close processes, and system transitions including Oracle Cloud.Benjamin holds an MBA from Chatham University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University. He is technically proficient in a wide range of financial systems including QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle, and Anaplan. Beyond his professional life, he actively contributes as a nonprofit board treasurer, church volunteer, and is a proud Eagle Scout.
