ABOUT BENJAMIN YAMUDER
Currently, I am an Exercise Physiologist on the Sports Rehabilitation and Performance Team atHSS. I attended THE Ohio State University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science whileworking with the Men’s and Women’s Basketball and Ice Hockey teams as a Sports PerformanceCoach. The Women’s Ice Hockey team went on to win their first NCAA National Championshipin program history! After Ohio State, I pursued a Master\'s in Kinesiology from The University of Southern Mississippi while coaching Men’s and Women’s Basketball and Women’s Soccer. Before moving to NYC as a private exercise specialist, I worked with all 16 Olympic Sports at UConn as a strength and conditioning coach. I hold several certifications from governing bodies including the National Strength andConditioning Association (CSCS) and USA-Weightlifting (USAW-1).I have worked with a wide range of clientele across a variety of ages and health goals, fromweight loss and geriatric populations to elite level sport. My passion is to providescience-based training that leads to unrestricted daily living and superior performance on thecourt or field. Outside of work, I\'ll on the golf course, exploring local hiking trails,and perfecting my favorite recipes in the kitchen!
