ABOUT BENJAMIN WEITNER
I want to strengthen organizations’ competences to deal with the dynamics that our modern world entails. In my eyes, this includes understanding how to serve customers’ needs as well as the way we need to organize our work to satisfy them. In that quest, we need to go beyond the trivia of frameworks and practices to understand how agile and lean philosophies can humanize the workplace and by that, almost innocently, yield better results on a system level. As a systemic and agile coach I seek to challenge cognitive biases and long-standing beliefs by working with management to build a fertile environment while also helping product development teams to foster true collaboration.
