Responsible for building up and leading a high-performance team of up to 15 Project Managers – Covering CMC projects for various clinical programs of BioNTech’s Portfolio incl. mRNA based Individualized Neoantigen Specific Immunotherapy (iNeST) platform, FixVac platform,(various) infectious disease projects and RiboMab/RiboCytokine Platform • Responsible for process related projects of R&D Lab Automation initiative consisting of 8 Lighthouse projects • Setting up and leading Project Management team for R&D Lab Automation initiative incl. definition and implementation of all necessary processes (team organization, project reporting, project governance structure) and reporting to Senior Management • Organization and support of joint meetings and committees within the iNeST cooperation (JMT, JMC) incl. close communication and alignment with Cooperation partner (Genentech) • Implementation and continuous improvement of project reporting processes & templates in close alignment with Global PMO; definition & tracking of KPIs for the Department; reporting of project status and risks to Senior Management
