I am a member of the Operations department working for the annuities and insurance team.My role primarily consists of internal processing issues and detailed financial document analysis. Furthermore, I am in constant communication with my team, other departments, and insurance companies to help dissect a variety of issues and client concerns. In addition to my personal role, I was also tasked with various assignments related to my position as an intern. I had the opportunity to be a member of a intern innovation team which collected data and testimonies, to produce an idea for company improvement. We then presented our idea in front of our colleagues and a panel of judges.
