I lead a small, highly skilled team dedicated to tackling the complex challenges in the electrical distribution sector, as the sector adapts to the rapid changes in demand driven by decarbonisation. In my role, I manage a diverse portfolio of customer-facing projects, spanning hardware and software development, data analytics, research, and auditing. My work involves acting as project director, manager, and technical lead, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully and effectively meet client needs.In addition to managing and directing projects, I’m deeply involved in product development. I am hands-on in developing, and refining solutions that drive innovation in the sector. Whether it’s creating new products from the ground up or iterating on existing ones, I leverage my expertise to turn ideas into tangible, impactful products. This includes everything from identifying market opportunities and responding to tenders to building business cases and conducting cost-benefit analyses to secure consultancy work.
