I have the privilege to lead our HR, Finance, IT and Supporter Services departments as we bring hope and sustainability to countries in the developing world.A key part of my role is to provide strong financial projections and produce various financial modelling based on different economic scenarios. Our Supporter Services Department is the front line to all FH Canada donors and is the main point of contact for all child sponsors.

I am passionate about people and how to engage them in meaningful and impactful ways to meet the goals and mission of the organization. I have welcomed and embraced change throughout my career and possess a gift of communicating change in a way that\'s easy to understand and get on board with. This unique blend of experience has helped develop my communication and strategic skills to connect the dots at all levels of an organization while successfully developing accurate short and long term projections and risk mitigation strategies. I have a deep passion for developing talent and have delivered strong results and metrics at every position I have been in.
