QTS Fundraising was established in with a team of just ten staff. It now employs over 70 people, all of whom work from home, with a base in SW England and a secondary base in Scotland. We work exclusively with the voluntary sector on outbound calling, averaging around 50 clients a year on a broad variety of telephone fundraising campaigns, from regular giving to legacy calling, and from stewardship to lottery and events. Our client profile is diverse and ranges from small local conservation and community charities, to multi-national environmental and health charities. Our commitment is to developing long-term, meaningful relationships not just with our clients, many of whom have been with us for a considerable time, but also to the supporters we speak to. Reflecting on 2023, we continued to build on the strengths of our post-Covid growth, a period during which we supported multiple clients through challenging times. Last year we worked with 73 different clients. We delivered over 1500 campaigns, making over half a million calls and recruiting over new regular givers. We also celebrated delivering our campaign – and we helped raise over £10 million for charity.We believe our success is because we are 100% focussed on getting it right. We are never complacent; we are always quick to adapt to change, we are goal-oriented, truly passionate about our work, and are fully committed to exceeding the expectations of our clients. Our ultimate aim is to give our clients the complete confidence that their supporters will leave each call feeling positive about their decision to support the charity, regardless of the outcome of the conversation.Our longevity demonstrates our loyalty, dependability, expertise and deep commitment to supporting the voluntary sector, just as when we started out 24 years ago.
