ABOUT BENJAMIN SOKOLOWSKI
While having already over 20 years of experience I appreciated every challenge that came along. Coming from high tech machinery business where I had the pleasure to be part of the Team Merlin to create a whole modular sytem for filtermaking. I was than moving forward towards an exiting journey in the E&P business were I had great challenges to work. Investigating on underground gas storage facilities, if everything is on track to the only german operated offshore oil production island Mittelplate with a huge variety of tasks like logistics for this offshore location, implementing a cmms and another cmms application after a merger. I had plenty of paper to manage and shifting it into digital gold and continued to become a more and more digital native on a professional base and not just on private scale. I worked together with great people and great teams and I’m very thankful for that! Constantly moving forward while using my experience to solve more challenges and learn even more cool new things. Beeing many years now in the digital sphere, i gained a lot of experience in all the relevant topics, like, Change, Stakeholder and user management, the product lifecycle for digital products, prototyping and also building solutions on my own and leading project teams to exciting solutions.
