For over 31 years I have specialized athletic performance curriculum development and implementation, from with founding of The International Sports Training Institute (ISTI), ISTI-Dakar, The Ben Simmons Sports Foundation, and The BenX Shooting LAB. I have the unique experience of having established a sports corporation Internationally, as well as, scouting, recruiting, developing, coaching elite players and teams internationally from youth through professional. Working with the best NBA, College, High School and International coaches, players and minds helped me to develop my distinctive approach, copyrighted sports training curriculum and proven implementation system. The renowned Success of my 4 Principles of Sports Training©, 4 Foundations to Athletic Workouts© and BenX Shooting Workout Charts have been implemented throughout the USA, UK, Europe and Africa. My system has a proven track record and makes all the difference in successful game memory and performance retention. I have worked with over 50 NBA players and trained many of their children as well, which I consider my best reference. BenX Training specializes in detailed shooting instruction, correction and maintenance, rooted in analytics, and based on helping clients achieve optimal efficiency. Applying specific metrics, the BenX system allows players to develop a true appreciation for the detail needed to be productive at the highest level of professional basketball. The BenX System is scientifically designed with hard numbers and percentages that allow players to visualize their progression. In addition, I use the most recent supporting computer and video tools to help players see, acknowledge and correct mechanical errors and inefficient movements that help create the most accurate performance.
