Ben Shalom became Britain\'s youngest ever licensed boxing promoter aged 23. He was the first promoter to successfully break into the sport since the 1970s. Now aged 30, he has built one of the most exciting rosters of young talent in the world. He came into the sport with the mission to clean it up, and help it realise its true potential. He\'s built a roster from scratch, taking some of Britain\'s brightest young talents from their debut to the world stage. He\'s also managed to transform the careers of many fighters who had stagnated at other promoters, taking them from the middle of the card to become unified World Champions, headlining arenas.
