For more than 10 years I have been working in various roles in the software industry.During the last years I have been temporarily engaged in the areas of exploratory testing, agile testing, test automation, building an agile testing community and integrating the term \"modern test management\" into organizations. In my position as Team Lead, Agile Coach and Manager, I have built up interdisciplinary teams that act independently and self-organized. My previous work focus has been in leading a team of QA Engineers and Test Analysts, to establish a focus on quality and integrate it into the company.I am used to moving in complex structures, complex requirements and analyze issues quickly to implement innovative and creative solutions within an organization or team. In addition, I am very interested in helping to shape the change in the digital age based on a new understanding of how to deal with complexity and cooperation, I am always looking for individual and new ways of working.
