With 15 years of dedicated experience in affordable housing and property management, I have honed my expertise in a range of housing programs, including Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), Tax Credit, Section 8, HOME, and market rent properties. As a Regional Manager, I have effectively led teams to manage large-scale, diverse property portfolios while maintaining a focus on compliance, operational efficiency, and resident services. I am proficient in utilizing property management software such as Yardi Voyager and RealPage to streamline operations and drive efficiency across all aspects of property management.One of my proudest achievements was leading the largest PSH lease-up in Los Angeles, where I collaborated with agencies like CES-ALT, DHS, DMH, VA, LAHSA, and HACLA to secure housing for 278 chronically unhoused individuals. This experience further solidified my ability to manage complex projects and navigate the multifaceted coordination between governmental entities and community-based organizations to achieve meaningful outcomes.I bring a unique perspective to property management, combining technical skills with a deep understanding of sociological principles, which allows me to tailor my strategies to not only meet operational goals but also foster a supportive and inclusive environment for residents.
