Experienced videographer & video editor with proficiency in DaVinci Resolve & the Adobe CC Suite. Foundational experience in 3D Modeling/Animation/Game design with software programs such as Unity & Lightwave 3D. I have had exposure to Autodesk\'s CAD design programs as far back as in my high school engineering program, and I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Pennsylvania & federally certified commercial drone pilot who has sold over 1 million dollars in real estate volume. I tend to be preoccupied with assisting my family with our Multi-Family Apartment Unit rental business. When I am not busy with the family business I am exploring technology trends and learning new skills to advance my understanding of the digital tools available to be leveraged at a worldwide scale. Currently Monitoring the rapid progression of Artificial Intelligence tools, self-teaching myself the 3D Animation platforms Houdini, Blender, & Unreal Engine. I monitor the Greater Lehigh Valley Multiple Listing Service to see how the local real estate market is performing. When a client reaches out to me seeking a specific type of home, plot of land, or commercial building I check to see if there are any matches currently available on the market. If there are not, I will set them up with an Auto - Email Campaign that will update them if any new listings matching their criteria is created.
