As the Regional Sales Manager at ZwickRoell, I am instrumental in driving the growth of our materials testing business across diverse industries in North America, with a strong emphasis on the southern region of the United States. Leveraging my background in mechanical engineering and material science, I consult with clients in sectors such as plastics, metals, pharmaceuticals, and more to deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific testing needs. Past experience: Technical Solutions Specialist covering Mechanical Surface Characterization (MSC) at Anton Paar. Specializations included instrumented indentation, tribology, scratch/adhesion analysis and characterization, and coating thickness characterization for a diverse range of materials. Formerly the Applications Engineer for MSC at Anton Paar.Further additional experience includes Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager for EPI Engineering. Responsibilities for this role consisted of providing modeling and analysis for hydraulic systems including Cooling Water, Nitrogen, Steam, Instrument Air, Firewater, etc. Further responsibilities for this position included.1. Utilizing engineering drawings, P & IDs, and design data to build a piping network/base model in the hydraulic software.2. Conducting on-site flow and pressure surveys for each system and validating the base model to match the measured field data.3. Assisting in identifying project costs and proposals4. Assisting in the design, fabrication, and construction of various capital projects in refining such as piping systems, pressure vessels, skids, etc.5. Collaborating with clients, conducting technical meetings/presentations, and developing project reports.
