ABOUT BENJAMIN ROSEDALE
Ben is a Chartered Landscape Architect and leading Partner at EDP with wide ranging experience in the development and land management sector. He specialises in Environmental Impact Assessment, landscape assessment and broad spectrum environmental planning. Project experience ranges from European Protected Species and Sites to all-disciplines strategic site promotion. Ben has coordinated Environmental Statements and produced detailed landscape analysis, impact assessments, masterplans and topic specific research documents for medium to large-scale development projects, EIA and planning appeals. He represented the former Countryside Agency during the long-running inquiry into the designation of the South Downs National Park and has represented a range of clients at Public Inquiry.Recent notable project involvements which Ben has led on behalf of EDP include the South Worcester Urban Extension, environmental assessment of the redevelopment of Mumbles Pier and multidisciplinary inputs to major EIA schemes at Taunton, Chichester and Cardiff.“Through extensive involvement in seeking resolution of planning disputes through negotiation, written representations and public inquiry work, Ben has developed a strong reputation for his thorough and analytical approach.
