As part of the Field Service Team, responsible for visiting client’s premises to service, diagnose and repair CNC Machine tools while ensuring the delivery of a quality service to the customer, including liaison and service support. • Carry out repairs, replacement and servicing of customer equipment, effectively and in an efficient manner to meet customer expectations whilst minimising the need for return visits.• Carry out machine inspections or commissioning and decommissioning work as required.• Liaise with the customer’s point of contact or another suitable person ensuring that business relationships are maintained and developed. • Provide technical support and advice to customers on machine issues either by phone or in person.• To follow all applicable safety guidelines, and meet all Health and Safety requirements of the site and machinery.
