Regul8 is a Community Interest Company that has a focus on preventative strategies and skills that will help young people, families and wchools. We deliver 1 to 1 mentoring / interventions, group sessions, out of school groups, activity camps, family groups and interventions within the home for young people who are not persistently / severely absent from school.This is mainly based across Leicestershire. I also deliver talks or public speaking for different organisations about my lives experience or on mental health awareness for young people in Leicestershire. We also deliver training for schools and other organisations who want to use this approach themselves. We aren\'t selfish or precious and are keen and willing to share our knowledge and resources to any organisation or school. We use a variety of evidence-based approaches to help children develop their emotional intelligence and self-regulation skills.
