Previously, I led the Technology Advantage practice for North America.My work primarily focuses on digital, technology, data, operations, and risk-related challenges in financial services, spanning banking, insurance, and payments. I’m deeply involved in technology and digital transformation within the automotive sector, helping shape BCG\'s global strategy for tech in automotive.With expertise in AI and GenAI, platform operating models, digital and technology transformation, and organizational design and governance, I focus on the evolving intersection of financial services, data, and regulation.I’ve co-authored numerous articles on GenAI, digital and technology transformation, and platform operating models. I’m committed to talent development and DEI initiatives and proudly serve on the board of Hopeland, a nonprofit focused on global child welfare.
