About Ben Levin
After spending much of my early twenties supporting ever-inquisitive elementary schoolers, I decided to follow my own curiosities. At NC State, I continued to acquire technical/analytical skills and hone critical thinking/problem solving skills. Humanity currently faces unprecedented ecological, social, and economic crises. I strive to meet meet these challenges head-on by taking nuanced approaches to problem solving and emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration. I model climate adapted silvicultural prescriptions using FVS, R, and Woodstock.
