About Benjamin Quinutolo
With nearly a decade in the food and beverage space, I continue to evolve in this dynamic and complex industry. Currently an owner of the acai bowl and smoothie franchise - Ono Bowls Food Truck - founded in 2019. I earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Food Science from the University of Delaware in May 2023. During the summer of 2022, I operated the food trucks while starting a new R&D internship position in Valhalla New York with PepsiCo. I spent my time on the Early-Stage Innovation and Gatorade teams. As of October 2023, I\'ve taken on a new role as the Product Development Coordinator at 1440 Foods under the protein powders, bars, and snacks space. This new role allows me to grow in a fast-paced environment while ironing my reformulation, NFP building, shelf-life research, and sensory evaluation skillset.
