I’m an integrity and investigations professional focused on strengthening institutional accountability in complex, high-risk operating environments—by improving how organisations receive, assess, prioritise and act on allegations.I currently serve as an Investigator (P4), planning and conducting office and field investigations, producing reports and senior briefs, and recommending corrective actions to strengthen controls and operational efficiency across global operations.Previously, I led Allegations Intake and Triage at WFP’s Office of Inspections and Investigations—managing a 10-person team responsible for confidential screening, assessment, and referral decisions for allegations annually involving staff and partners. In that role, I drove measurable performance gains: reducing average intake/assessment timelines by ~33% and doubling yearly output through tighter decision standards, governance, prioritisation, and workflow redesign.At executive level, my contribution is building integrity “front-door” systems leaders can rely on: clear thresholds and consistent decisions; robust confidentiality and due process; actionable oversight reporting; and practical recommendations that improve controls—not just compliance on paper.My wider experience includes appeals case management supporting procedural fairness (ICRC), PSEA-focused research and capacity mapping (NATO), and UN peace operations conduct and discipline roles where I supported victim referral coordination and delivered extensive misconduct/safeguarding training across diverse staff categories. I’m a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified P.E.A.C.E investigative interviewer.I’m interested in senior roles where I can help organisations increase trust in reporting mechanisms, improve decision quality and timeliness, and translate allegations data into risk insight and stronger operational controls.
