I am conducting regular coaching sessions with the market research team focused on Generative AI (GenAI) and Prompt Engineering. My role involves preparing tailored content, reviewing and refining prompts, and exploring use cases to improve efficiency (e.g. in survey evaluations). In these sessions, we discuss how, e.g. large language models work, and how they can be combined with \'traditional\' technical solutions forming hybrid approaches. This work helped the team understand GenAI\'s potential and limitations, enabling them to experiment with GenAI tools and collaborate effectively with IT for tool integration. My focus included Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases, providing the team with practical skills and knowledge in this field.
