In my role as a Consultant and Business Analyst, I was responsible for guiding a comprehensive web project from ideation to final implementation. My main tasks included conducting proof-of-concept projects to validate the technical feasibility and efficiency of proposed solutions. Through close collaboration with internal stakeholders, I led numerous workshops to develop a deep understanding of the diverse needs and expectations, and to foster effective communication between the involved departments.Thanks to these efforts, I was able to create a clear and detailed requirements documentation, which served as a solid foundation for the development phase and ensured a smooth project progression. My work contributed to the project\'s success by ensuring that all technical and business requirements were precisely captured and implemented, laying the groundwork for the successful realization of the web project.
