I’ve spent 12+ years owning and scaling enterprise ServiceNow platforms not just implementing modules, but running the platform as a strategic product.I’ve led enterprise platform roadmaps, global upgrades, major integrations, and business onboarding turning ServiceNow from a ticketing tool into a core business workflow platform. I’ve dealt with the realities of platform ownership: governance, technical debt, CMDB quality issues, stakeholder pressure, and enterprise scale change.I’ve delivered multi module implementations and upgrades across ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, SPM, HAM, and SAM, supporting global teams and complex organisations. I’ve defined platform governance models, CSDM and CMDB strategies, integration standards, and automation frameworks to improve reliability, adoption, and value.Hands on experience includes Employee Center experience design, Service Catalog optimisation, IntegrationHub and API strategy, MS Teams integration, Service Graph Connectors, and mobile deployments (Now Mobile & Now Agent).
