With a lifelong passion for technology, my career has evolved from web development through to product management, and I’m now working as a project manager delivering retail and commercial projects across B&Q.Over the years, I’ve broadened my focus beyond e-commerce and digital to include systems across all parts of the business including commercial, retail, supply chain, finance and HR. My background in digital product management gave me a strong foundation in customer-centric thinking and cost-benefit analysis skills that have translated well into cross-functional projects.This wider scope has deepened my understanding of the full B&Q technology landscape. I remain hands-on and curious about all things technical, with a particular interest in how AI can reshape the way we run our business.
