   As a primary liaison with key stakeholders including NNSA, TVA, Cameco, NOG-L, and Westinghouse, I ensure adherence to contractual obligations, effectively linking the operational and contractual frameworks of the Downblending (DBOT) Program. My collaborative efforts with Corporate Contracts and Legal Departments enhance our bidding and proposal processes, driving program support and alignment.I provide insightful feedback on Contract Modifications, and consistently monitor and report on the status of the Downblending Program, ensuring compatibility with production schedules and financial targets. By establishing strong working relationships with stakeholders, I facilitate the execution of program activities effectively and optimize material receipt and processing timelines.Furthermore, I generate comprehensive cash flow and cost projections, delivering quarterly and annual forecasts that inform decision-making. My regular updates on weekly and monthly performance metrics reflect the program’s outcomes and operational efficiency, while I prepare and present detailed monthly reports to NNSA and TVA.I oversee transportation schedules for outgoing materials, ensuring supply chain efficiency, and coordinate with the finance team to supply accurate monthly production details for invoicing. In leading program team meetings, I encourage productive discussions to assess progress and strategically resolve challenges. I also investigate issues, proposing effective solutions tailored to the needs of both internal and external customers. Additionally, I prepare quotes and proposals for Request for Pricing (RFP) relating to new work scopes.
