About Benjamin McQuaid
I have always been mathematically minded. Some of my earliest memories include my grandmother bringing down 7th grade math books with her from Canada on visits when I was just 8 years old. This early exposure ignited my love for numbers, which has never left me, and I progressed through life knowing that in some way, math and numbers would be a part of my life—specifically manifesting themselves in the world of business and finance.After graduating from Belmont Abbey College with my Bachelor’s in Business Management (Minor in Finance), I went on to receive a Master of Business Administration from UNC Charlotte. After attaining those degrees, I finally stepped into the world of financial services, passing FINRA exams and beginning work as a registered representative at Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network. It was here that I discovered my profound interest in analysis and financial modeling. This realization slowly became an obsession, and eventually a calling, as I decided to pivot within the financial services sector and attained a Master in Accounting from UNC Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School. With this academic foundation, alongside hands-on experience in private wealth management, I’m now focused on leveraging my analytical mindset and technical expertise to drive value in finance, strategy, or advisory roles.
