Reviewing local, state, and federal regulations to ensure proper company compliance. Overseeing deposition preparation and depositions. Directing litigation strategy state by state and case by case including expert witness retention, mock trials, settlement considerations, etc. to ensure adequate defense of the company. Corporate representative at defense table during trial. Providing advise and training to the company on compliance with state and federal regulations/statutes. Assisting in structuring and drafting contracts to ensure company compliance and protect the company from common litigation issues.
