As an analytically minded and relationally driven individual, I am passionate about prioritizing the development of people. I thrive when I can utilize data in motivating people and organizations to achieve their next-level best. My ability to learn quickly, solve problems systematically, and approach collaboration relationally has positioned me well to be a significant contributor in past experiences as a financial analyst at DuraMark Technologies, Inc. and more recently as a research analyst intern at CHORUS®, Inc.My desire to experience and ignite growth extends beyond the workplace. Seeking creative pursuits where my passions for critical thinking and cultivating encouraging community are present, I participated in an intensive business and professional development program called Orr Fellowship, fostering my interests in leadership and entrepreneurship. As a continuous learner with an aspiration to initiate future organizational development, I enhanced my technical training and cross-functional skillsets through receiving my Master of Science in industrial-organizational psychology from Xavier University.When I am not working or studying, I enjoy playing music, spending time outdoors, and volunteering to help people and communities develop socially and economically.
