ABOUT BENJAMIN LINFORD
I\'m exploring the intersection of human creativity and AI capability through music. After spending decades trying to perfect songs I\'d written—some played thousands of times—I discovered what happens when human vision merges with AI execution to create what neither could achieve independently. This journey led me to coin a new term for this collaboration: unisonarity.I believe great leaders make a difference by doing the right things for the right reasons at the right time. In doing so they inspire and support others around them to do the same. They listen with an open mind, move forward with conviction, and remain humble (fearless to change course, give credit, and own failures). Great leaders serve and inspire at every level.I currently serve as the President and CEO of Linford of Alaska. I am extremely proud of our team at Linford\'s and the incredible performance we\'ve been able to deliver through the toughest of times. I\'m proud of the turnaround that we\'ve made to move a company with average performance and uncertainty into a new chapter of rapid growth and high morale. Go Team Blue!
