Member of six person IT Infrastructure team responsible for all components of our technology estate.• Member of Cybersecurity Committee responsible for establishing and maintaining corporate policies that comply with multiple regulatory requirements (SOX, NIST, NYDFS, et al.), establishing and ensuring best practices (e.g, ITIL), and provide oversight and reporting on the results of our disaster recovery and penetration tests. Liaison between IT and internal and external auditors.• Involved in M&A, integrating and separating corporate systems, as necessary.• Citrix VM environment; 200+ servers (nearly all virtual); 150+ desktops.• Server, workstation and laptop builds.• Application deployment and Microsoft patch management via SCCM.• BYOD remote access via Good/Blackberry.• Back-end storage (EMC, Pure Storage, Reduxio, et al.); backup/restore/archival (Veeam, Rubrik, Iron Mountain, et al.). Zerto replication to on-prem DR site and to Azure cloud.• Microsoft Exchange, email spam protection (Azure-based Exchange Online Protection) and archival (Global Relay).• Microsoft SQL installations, maintenance and support.• Active Directory, DHCP, DNS & Group Policy administration.• Implement, manage & maintain ADFS for SSO connectivity to cloud based systems such as Navex training services, Ultipro HR systems, Microsoft Exchange Online Protection (EOP), et al.
