Technical responsibilities:o Contributed to the technical execution of naval architecture tasking on the following programs: Intelligent Data Management for Naval Platforms, and Resilient Autonomous Systems and STEM Development. o Tracked spending, utilization, and detailed tasking for a portfolio of ONR-sponsored 6.2 level research programs with a funding level of approximately $20m+ and ensured on-time delivery of all program milestones. Supported the setup of offices in Baton Rouge, LA and Gulfport, MS: o Led logistics of establishing new office: procured and set up office equipment and office supplies, set up office network, established security protocols, resolved emerging IT-related issues, and managed communications on lease management for interim and long-term office spaces. o Implemented soft skills to ensure a positive and productive culture and mentored new engineers to ensure they were successfully assimilated into the broader Integer culture. o Ensured connectivity between new Integer offices and Integer headquarters in Columbia, SC. Supported local business development efforts throughout the Gulf Coast: o Established and managed relationships with key players for Integer to engage with. o Continued to build Integer’s presence among government, industry, and academic stakeholders in the region.
