Created weekly goals to ensure that depending on the week of training, all associates had to meet a predefined ACHT. Was instrumental in lowering acht by 50 mins for all new hire classes for 2023. 9.Track handling time for associates to ensure that outliers are provided feedback and are provided a path to green to ensure that handling time is reduced. 10.Ensure that outdated content and material such as handbooks, visual aids, online tutorials, demonstration models are current and flag any inappropriate content to the content creation team. 11.Check trainer feedback nd conduct trainer observations for classes 12.Conduct TNI for associatesand suggest training where necessary
