With over 10 years’ experience in the retail and trade sector, I’m now Assistant Manager at Graham Plumbers’ Merchant (UK Plumbing Supplies), supporting the day-to-day running of the branch, driving growth, and building strong relationships with local trade customers. My focus is on delivering excellent service, supporting the team, and helping the branch thrive.I hold a BA (Hons) in International Tourism Management & Marketing from Edinburgh Napier University, along with a Level 3 Modern Apprenticeship in Retail (Sales Professional). I’ve also completed specialist training in managing volunteers and have received awards for my work on corporate social responsibility, helping communities across Scotland become more sustainable.I’m passionate about empowering people — whether it’s colleagues, customers, or those managing ADHD challenges — and I thrive in environments where teamwork, leadership, and fresh ideas are valued.
