About Benjamin Kleiman
I am a senior at Grand Canyon University studying sports and entertainment management. In my time here I have become Assistant Director of Baseball Analytics for their Division 1 team. We specialize in player development, operating baseball technology such as Yakkertech, Synergy, and Rapsodo to generate player reports. Before transferring to Grand Canyon University, I played Division 3 baseball at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts for a year. Playing at the collegiate level motivated me to work within the sports industry and eventually work directly with players to help get them to their next level. In the Summers I have worked for the Colorado Rockies as a Guest Service Representative. This has shown me the fan engagement side of sports, helping to increase my communication, organizational management, and problem-solving skills. I now look forward to starting an internship with the Arizona Diamondbacks doing Charity Auctions and Authentic’s to broaden my experience within professional sports and give me new insight and skills.
