Creates Standard Operating Procedures for shipboard IT officers Provides guidance to onboard IT staff In IT Best Practices Acts as liaison between the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), DNV, and the United States Coast Guard and other regulatory agencies. Supervises 30+ employees, recruit, train, and conduct personnel performance evaluations. Responsible for opening new marketing channels in South America & the United Kingdom.
