We currently administer a number of facilities programs both on-going and in run-off. These programs range from single and multi-state binding authorities, to nationwide programs. We work closely with all layers of the market to ensure everyone, from the Underwriter through the MGA or Coverholder is kept aware of significant cases and potential trends.We understand that as third-party administrator, we are ultimately accountable for our clients’ money. As part of our third-party administration service, we provide monthly financial accounting and bordereaux to our third-party administration clients. We have invested in an advanced claims-management system which, in addition to its claims management and financial accounting services, allows our clients real-time access to view claim status and history, and obtain up-to-the-minute reserved and incurred information.
