As senior analyst I deliver a range of high level technical support tasks relating to Bonds, Guarantees, Letters of Credit, Documentary collections and Documentary Credits to provide high quality outputs which satisfy stakeholder needs. I therefore act as the main point of reference for technical, information & procedural guidance, advice & queries from and to other business areas such as Product, RM, Coverage & Sales. I also serve as the point of contact for SME clients, Retail banking clients, Mid Corporate clients, and corporate and Institutional Coverage clients of the bank.
