About Benjamin Herman
I have extensive experience in the software consulting and IT fields, specifically focusing on technical and system analytics, process design and analysis, quality assurance, training content delivery/deployment, and system deployment analysis within agile environments. Throughout my career I have worked to design, develop, and build multiple different HR information systems in varying fields from military agencies, to health care supply and procurement, to public transit agencies. I have a passion for delivering high quality ERP system content and functionality within the healthcare and transit industries. My goal is to continue using this work to alleviate the other stressors existent in these industries by helping to provide smooth, seamless systems that can help improve day to day processing and increase efficiency and productivity throughout organizations.
