   Leading team in charge of creating/maintaining unified toolset and libraries used across Splunk Cloud Services to provide developers with an easy and secure way of deploying services to the cloud. Built a team to create a declarative deployment platform based upon Backstage for all of Splunk\'s kubernetes workloads. This provides a self-service software catalog top developers that is then translated into configs across AWS, Azure, and GCP. It integrates gitlab pipelines, Terraform, kubernetes and Vault configs into a single source of truth.Built a FinOps team (engineers + analysts) at Splunk and spun them off into the operations organization where they continue to manage cloud spend across AWS, Azure, GCP and reporting for the entire organization. Our deployment tooling is also integrated with cost reporting ensures that every team has visibility into what they are running, where, and how much it costs. These efforts have resulted in cloud cost savings of $81M over 3 years.
