If I were to summarize my education and career in one sentence, it would be: I work to make other people’s dreams come true. Simple, right? While some may find that thought unimpressive, I find it empowering. It allows me to make greater contributions for good in the world. Let me explain.My career spans from employee to business owner, across roles with diverse responsibilities. A recurring theme is clear: I produce great work while focusing on serving others. All my professional achievements were the result of working to help someone else. And I’ve found no better way to help than by serving in education.At Ensign College, I prioritize helping students realize their potential. There’s no greater opportunity to do good than to lead and guide willing minds. Fortunately, Ensign is a student-focused institution and without the distractions of research obligations or political gamesmanship, I can fully dedicate my time to students\' needs.As a Program Chair, I learn alongside some of the most talented, up-and-coming professionals. I help them develop character. Knowledge and skills can be acquired quickly, but character is built over a lifetime. My students, pillars of character, learn to value moral and ethical decision-making. Capable AND trusted employees are rare, and my students embody both.So, who am I?
