   Mr. Benjamin Harris’ long-time passion for and commitment to global public health, communications, and technology correlate closely with his work as the BLH Technologies, Inc, President and CEO and with the strategic direction of the company. Throughout his career, Mr. Harris has gained great insight and expertise while developing innovative systems to enhance communication efforts and to assist with public health and health promotion initiatives that have spanned the globe. From participating with the multinational forces in support of Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm as a Medical Services Officer to providing guidance to Federal agencies that focus on health, Mr. Harris has steadily built on his global public health and communication capabilities.As President and CEO of BLH Technologies, Mr. Harris provides corporate guidance under numerous contracts with agencies within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Agency for International Developement, Air Force, Environmental Protection Agency, Housing and Urban Developement, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission, among others. He is a Certified Global Management Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, and Certified Valuation Analyst with more than 25 years of business management experience, with specific expertise in accounting, finance, and contract management in both the public and private sectors. He directs principal strategic planning and execution, as well as the development and establishment of policies and objectives for the company. Mr. Harris has successfully managed multimillion-dollar, multiyear Federal contracts requiring IT support services and large-scale commercial IT projects. He has held positions including U.S. Department of Defense Auditor, Chief Financial Officer, Senior Systems Consultant for a major software development company, and Director of Consulting with American Express Tax & Business Services.
