I lead Giving Home Health Care, where our focus is simple: do what’s right for patients, support the caregivers who make that possible, and build teams that can execute consistently at a high level.My background is perhaps a bit unconventional. I spent 25 years as a lawyer and operator, working across growth, M&A, and complex regulatory environments. That experience evolved into leading organizations through periods of change: scaling operations, strengthening teams, and building the systems needed to support long-term performance.I’ve learned that strong organizations aren’t the most complex; rather they’re the most aligned. Clear priorities. Consistent communication. Real accountability. And a culture where people are supported and know what’s expected.At Giving Home, we’re focused on disciplined execution - aligning people, process, and technology to deliver high-quality care to the patients we serve every day.I’m motivated by building teams, solving hard problems, and developing leaders who can take organizations further than they thought possible.
