About Benjamin Hambleton
Experienced Operations leader at The Boeing Company. Currently a Senior Operations Manager in the Final Assembly portion of the 787 production system. I am a current member of the LGO/Tauber leadership rotation program and learning across leadership opportunities in the value stream of the Boeing Production System. I am a graduate of the Ross School of Business as a Tauber Operations Institute Fellow and a graduate of Auburn University, where I received my Bachelor\'s of Science in Industrial Engineering. Prior to my experience at Boeing, at Raytheon Technologies I had opportunity as a Value Stream Manager to manage and expand teams and a budget in order to execute delivery commitments. I have a extensive background of leading teams in a manufacturing environment as well as implementing continuous improvement projects in a production system as an Industrial Engineer. Technically skilled in SAP, Azure Machine Learning, Excel Visual Basic coding, Process Simulator and capacity analysis.
