Professional StrengthsMy unique combination of deep knowledge in chassis dynos, vehicles and data science enables me to deliver, analyse, and explain data and related results to internal and external customers. I was project lead of more than 60 projects in the area of fuels testing for different customers over 9 years.I indicate and lead innovative investment projects to enable a sustainable operation of chassis dynos and enable new product developments. This approach of combining operational excellence and enabler for bespoke testing is unique in the industry. Based on the project inquiries from 9 years working in testing, I have a good understanding on the current and future demand on chassis dyno capabilities. I was project lead for most of CAPEX projects in Vehicle Testing area at STCHA since 2014 delivered in time and on budget with approx.$5M spend in 9 years.Analyzing results and discussing operational issues, I am in daily communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues. One of my key competences is to find the right level of details talking to different stakeholders. I always try to consider all stakeholders when designing projects. I implemented natural teams by integrating operating staff, scientists and customers into regular project meetings at Vehicle Testing.Leadership StrengthsI lead and delivery through engagement and accountability and continuously improve processes to enhance competitiveness.
