I am the Quality Control Manager, and SQF coordinator with Jogue. Inc, one of the largest flavor houses in the country. I am responsible for maintaining the food safety systems at our facility, assuring compliance of all raw materials, managing inventory, raw material and finished product testing. Responsibility for audit compliance with SQF, QAI, halal and kosher compliance, as well as customer audits falls to me. With over 10 years of experience in the food industry, I’ve had the privilege of being able to design multiple quality programs from the ground up, and to be able to work in highly regulated environments. Possessing a mechanical aptitude and a research science background help me tackle many new challenges and give me a good foundation for creative problem solving. I possess skills in Research Methods, Data Analysis, Statistics, Microscopy, Microbiology, Microsoft Office, Laboratory analysis and sample collection, organization, management, and am forklift certified.
