As a Cofounder and CTO at Alltum I led the technical design and decision making for the company. I helped translate product and feature ideas into actionable technical stores, and contributed to the development of the services as both an individual contributor and a product and project manager. I wore multiple hats, getting on fundraising, networking calls, as well as conducting pain points interviews and sales.As a Backend Engineer at Fetch, I designed, created, and maintained low latency cloud-hosted microservices using Go and Node.js, leveraging AWS technologies such as Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, Lambda, Redis, and DynamoDB. I reduced p99 across the stack by identifying and eliminating redundant network calls, and led the technical design for a fraudulent point accounting service that reduced cost compared to a traditional containerized microservice. I also successfully mentored an apprentice candidate through a three-month contract for hire program, demonstrating my strong interpersonal and leadership skills.I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science and Cell and Molecular Biology from Tulane University, where I gained experience in both software engineering and genetics research. I collaborated with rMark Bio, a startup that provides AI solutions for the life sciences industry, on a capstone project and two internships. I am a fast learner and a team player, ready to contribute to the overall success of a company that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
